Requirements needed for Thai Permanent Residence Visa under Humanitarian Ground

Application for Thai permanent residence visa under humanitarian ground can be classified into the following categories;

· Supporting Thai citizen or being supported by Thai citizen (this is the commonest);

· Supporting alien who already had residence permit or being supported by alien who already had residence permit;

For your information, the preliminary requisites are;

1. Holder of extension of stay permit for 3 years or more (consecutively)

2. Holder of work permit for 3 years or more (consecutively)

3. Earning an annual income of 360,000 Baht or more during the past 3 years

4. Legally married to a Thai national:

a) Married for at least 2 years and having their biological child together; or

b) In the case of infertility, they have to be married for at least 5 years + providing medical certification of their issue.

As for the government fees, the application should cost you around 7,600 Baht, and the approval fees should be around 95,700 Baht.

For us to tell you whether you are eligible for Thailand permanent residence visa, we will need the following information;

1. The number of years (consecutively) that you hold a business visa (or Marriage Visa) and extending it in Thailand.

2. The number of years (consecutively) that you hold a work permit

3. Your annual income for the year (according to the Personal Income Tax filing — PND 91) 2017, 2018, and 2019.

4. What is your current monthly salary rate (for the year 2020)?

5. What is your marital status? If you are married, how long have you been married? And what is the nationality of your spouse?

6. If the nationality of your spouse is a Thai national, do you have any biological children together with your Thai Spouse?
